Latest report on DELL XPS 15 OVERVIEW: The recently launched Dell XPS 1915 is a 15.6 inch notebook targeted at multimedia enthusiasts. It is available with a choice of Intel Core i7 processors and i5 and discrete NVIDIA graphics technology with Optimus. The available options include the dual core processor Core or Core i5 i5-460M-560M and quad-core Core i7 and Core i7 740QM 840QM. Besides the integrated Intel HD graphics, the XPS 1915 has NVIDIA GeForce GT435M GT420M or dedicated video card. Other specifications include up to 8 GB of RAM, up to 640GB, 7200 RPM hard drive / to 256 GB SSD, DVD burner / Blu-ray combo drive.

The notebook has a LED backlit display with a full HD 1080p ! resolution or a lower resolution of 720p. Supported options include WiFi networks 802.11n, WiMAX, HSPA and EVDO HSPA mobile broadband, Bluetooth and Gigabit LAN. There are two USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 / eSATA port combo, built-in JBL 2.1 speakers, optional integrated TV tuner, a 2.0MP webcam, optional GPS, a 9-in-1 memory card reader, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI 1.4 video output and NVIDIA 3DTV Play technology that allows you to connect your notebook to a 3D-enabled TV.
